Salmon Patties

two cans of boneless skinless salmon (7 oz each)
one cup cooked rice
1/2 cup rice flour OR 1/2 cup corn meal

drain the salmon and mix with rice and flour

two teaspoons baking powder
one teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
two eggs
1/3 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup ground flax meal

Beat all of the above together and mix with the salmon mixture in large bowl

Heat coconut oil in pan over med-high heat
make patties and fry on both sides

serve with lemon and cheese
