Duck Sauce

Peel and remove the seeds from two oranges
put in blender until liquid
poor orange juice into small sauce pan
add two teaspoons corn starch
two cloves minced garlic
one can chicken broth
one half teaspoon salt
one quarter teaspoon pepper
cook over med-low heat until one half reduced (about 30 minutes)
spoon over whole duck when half way through roasting

Gluten Free Chex Mix

For a double recipe...
In a VERY large bowl mix together:
9 cups rice chex
9 cups corn chex
3 cups gluten free pretzels
one 14 ounce can of mixed nuts

In a VERY small sauce pan mix together over medium heat:
1-1/2 sticks of butter
3 teaspoons seasoned salt
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
5 tablespoons worcesteshire sauce

When melted, toss this liquid mixture with the dry mixture and toss until all cereal is well coated
spread evenly on two cookie sheets and bake in an oven at 250 degrees for one hour
stir every 15 minutes

Let cool and store in air-tight containers

No Bake Cookies

1/2 cup butter
1-1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk
Cook these four ingredients in large pan over medium heat until melted.  Boil for two minutes over medium heat.
Remove from heat....
Add 1/2 cup peanut butter, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 3-1/2 cups old fashioned oats
Spoon cookies immediately onto foil and let set until ready
Store in air-tight container

Cashew Green Bean

One bag frozen green beans in deep frying pan
Heat in one cup of water until thawed
Toast half cup raw cashews in toaster oven
Mix cashews with green beans in pan
mix two teaspoons with a bit of water in a small glass bowl, add in three teaspoons honey, add in one clove crushed garlic
Add that mixture to the green beans and cashews
Add more water and cook for a bit until ready to eat

Breakfast Smoothies

Enough for four people...

One half cup oatmeal and handful raw cashews in blender until pureed
Juice from carrots and apples - half cup
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/2 plain greek yogurt
one banana
two cups frozen fruit
two cups of ice

Baked Salmon with Parmesan Soy Sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Peel one lemon and remove seeds
Blend in the blender until pureed
Poor into small bowl (including the pulp)
Add 1/4 stick melted butter
Three tablespoons gluten free soy sauce
One half cup parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Whisk together and spread over three pounds salmon and bake
