G-Free Flat Bread Pizza
Place a gluten free sandwich wrap on the metal rack of the toaster oven (these can be made in the oven just as easily). Spoon on desired amount of spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with mozerella cheese and other desired ingredients.
Toast in toaster oven until crispy.
Enjoy!

Green Beans with Rice Noodles
In a pan - heat one bag of frozen green beans with a bit of fresh cilantro, chives, and a couple pinches of salt.
Boil water in another pan. When water comes to boil, remove from heat and add one bunch of rice noodles. Let set in hot water for five to ten minutes.
Strain the water from the noodes and add to the green beans.
Cut green beans and pasta combo with scissors and serve.

Garlic Sauce Veggies
Place a quarter stick of butter in medium to large sauce pan or wok
Melt on medium
Crush four cloves of garlic into butter and cook
Add a teaspoon of brown rice flour
Add 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
Add 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Add 1/3 - 1/2 cup almond milk or regular milk
Mix in Veggies....
frozen anything
fresh corn cut off the cob or any other quick cooking vegetables.
Cook until desired

Peel and slice eggplant
wash and slice lengths of zuchinni and summer squash
slice and onion
Brush a cookie sheet in oil and brush the vegetables in oil
Broil on medium - both sides
We use Udi's Gluten Free Bread.
Turn the toasted side down. Spread on marinara sauce on one side and top with mozerella cheese. Stack the broiled veggies on the other side. Broil until cheese is bubbly.

Almonds with Cinnamon and Cocoa

and one tespoon of sinimin
then add one cup of raa allmens

Lentils and Millet
Cook millet according to package (two cups cooked)
Cook lentils according to package (two cups cooked)
Chop one onion and crush three cloves of garlic in three tablespoons of oil. saute.
Add three tablespoons rice flour and cook for two - three minutes
Add two chopped tomatoes and a bit of water.
Continue cooking
Add three tablespoons teriaki sauce
Stir in one cup frozen kale or spinach
add the millet and smashed lentils

Pan Fried Cod in Cornmeal Batter
Mix the following in a bowl...
- one egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Stir in pieces of fish. Let the fish sit for 15-20 minutes.
Mix in 1/2 cup cornmeal and coat all the fish.
Fry the fish in 1/2 inch oil in small batches. Set the heat to just above medium. Make sure the oil is hot before cooking.
